There are many different ways to conserve your energy and protect your physical body. One way does not work for everyone. We are all unique.
Everyone on planet Earth should be grounding and protecting their physical bodies on a daily basis. I suggest once in the Morning and once in the evening before bed.
This is a fun, hands on class!
We will practice many different forms, to see what works best for you?
We will do a protection meditation for your physical body that you can use every day. Yes, you can record this Meditation as I speak it, so you will always have it with you, at your finger tips.

Past Life Regression
This group will have the opportunity to visit several of their past lives. This can be fun exploring and also healing as you uncover various parts of yourselves, that have been hidden from you for a long time.
You will be uncovering a special (something) on this quest? You’ll have to join us to find out what that special something is?

Come enjoy the beautiful sounds of the Drums, Bowls and rattles as we immerse ourselves into the flow of the divine, loving crystalline energies and those of our Ascended Masters, Archangels, Our Guides & Angels, and Our Ancestors.
We will be raising our vibration through the beautiful music we create together.
Bring drums, rattles, bowls, bells, flutes, whatever you have to add to the music of this ceremony. The more the merrier!

Quantum Transfiguration Chamber of Light
The primary purpose of the Q.T.C. of light is to break up cellular and emotional-mental patterning. Self-defeating behaviors, deep emotional traumas, ego, or fear-based resistance, erroneous self-protection holding patterns, implosion, pain, and even chemically caused damage can all cause cellular damage and erratic cellular movement and contraction.
This session will help restore your cells back to their normal state. I will give you the tools you need, so you can do this process on your own.

Earth Magic Class includes
1) Drumming Circle- Bring your own drum, rattles, flute etc if you have one.
2) Were taking a Shamanic journey to explore the lower world.
3) Power Animal Retrieval-If you already know your power animal, you may meet some new ones
4) Learn how to clear out intrusions from your body. If your an energy worker than you should be doing this after each session you have.
5) Reiki Share-Working on each other. 2 to 3 hour class, depending on size of the group.

Getting to know and working with your Inner Band Guides
In this class you will learn about the different roles each guide from your Inner Band plays in your life. These guides are the closest ones to you.
You will learn how to communicate effectively with your guides. You will learn how to spot clues from your guides and use all of your senses.
We will be taking a journey to the other side, where you will meet your guides and have some one on one time with them.
Bring a journal with you and pen. Bring any questions for your guides, with you to class. You will have a special opportunity to connect with them in this sacred space.
